  • First Day of School at Montrose
    What a wonderful first day of school. New students were warmly greeted by returning students, and teachers were grateful that the sounds of giggling girls filled the hallways once again. Dr. Bohlin addressed the school, echoing the words of Pope Benedict XVI, "We are called not to comfort, but to greatness."
  • Students Walk in the Footsteps of Dante

    Twenty-three Juniors and Seniors traveled to Italy in June to walk in the footsteps of Dante.  The girls studied in cities including Rome, Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano. 

  • Congratulations Class of 2010!
    Montrose graduates 18 accomplished young women who have been accepted to over 65 colleges and universities with significant honors and scholarships.
  • Casey Irwin '10 signs National Letter of Intent for Division 1 lacrosse scholarship to Siena College. This fall, Casey Irwin '10 will attend Siena College in Loudonville, NY on an athletic scholarship for lacrosse.  Led by head coach Andrea Duffy, Siena is in Division 1 in women's lacrosse and part of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC).
  • Art Students Design Banners for Haitian Sister School
    Moved by Haitian children’s perseverance amidst disaster, Montrose studio art students create decorative banners for the students of Louverture Cleary School in Haiti.
